Jen Swanson is the Senior Director of Digital Product Management in Optum’s Consumer Solutions Group. An innovative customer experience strategist, she specializes in developing and delivering exceptional digital experiences engage consumers in a sustained relationship of unparalleled loyalty. Past career highlights include serving as the Director of Digital Marketing at Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, and Director of Operations at Capella University. In her spare time, she is a passionate advocate for and mentor of women in leadership roles in business, non-profit, and social enterprises. She is a consumer of culture, a mama to two crazy boys, and a kitchen warrior who does a decent job at recreating her grandmother’s legendary lemon bars.
